Visit Four Timber Frame Homes in Grand County, Colorado

Timber Frame Home in Grand Lake, CO
The first home (above) is in Grand Lake and is a custom designed "western style" home that features a spruce timber frame. The home is 3,200 square feet with 3 stories, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is finished with pine tongue and groove. There are beautiful views of Shadow Mountain Resort and the home has over 5 different custom doors, a river rock fireplace and has "southwest accents." A Douglas fir Timberpeg porch was also added on to the home.

Timber Frame Home in Tabernash, CO

The second home (above) is located in Tabernash and is a custom designed, 3,800 square foot timber frame home. The post and beam home has 3 stories, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features a beautiful eastern white pine timber frame. The interior is finished with pine tongue and groove.The home also has custom shelving and built-ins around the fireplace. This floor plan is perfect for mountain living with an excellent use of space that shows the timber frame beautifully.  

Timber Frame Home in Fraser, CO
There are two homes available to see in Fraser, Colorado. The one shown in the image above is a custom designed home with 3,200 square feet, 3 stories, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home features an eastern white pine timber frame and the interior is finished with pine tongue and groove. The timber frame is beautifully finished in a traditional whitewash. The floor plan is very comfortable for mountain living.

The other timber frame home located in Fraser (above) is 4,000 square feet with 3 stories, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home features a spruce timber frame and the interior is finished with pine tongue and groove. This home has an excellent floor plan which was based on one of Timberpeg's classic and most popular homes, the Tahoe. The home has a beautiful view of the continental divide, a dynamic great room and entry with window wall.
